NTSB Hearing on January 10, 2008. Crown Princess Heeling accident July 18, 2006. This is an interesting segment on all the forces on a turning ship, the center of gravity, the direct force of a rudder to make a ship lean into a turn but the much larger, later force that forces it to lean out (sideslip). And the fact that the rudder cannot turn quickly. Lots of graphs but good.
